Baby purees are also the ultimate meal prep item – as they freeze really well making it easy to make in batches and defrost when baby is hungry.

Tips for Making the Best Purees
Adding Spices: adding spices and herbs to baby’s purees is completely optional but is a great way to ramp up the flavor without adding in any salt or preservatives. Believe it or not, your baby is used to spices from what you have eaten, whether that is from breastmilk or from the womb. These early stages of feeding is all about exposure to all of the different tastes of veggies, fruits, protein, carbs and spices.
Freezer-Friendly: all of the purees below are completely freezer-friendly. So make that work for you! Make a double batch so you can serve some to baby for the week and then freeze the rest for later on.

I have made every single one of these recipes and have frozen them for months for my baby and my nephew who’s mommy is ill and cannot make food for her littles. It has been a life saver and my baby has enjoyed every single recipe I have made from here! It’s healthy and amazing! I ordered small containers with lids from Amazon 100pk X3 and just cook for two straight days until I have 300 portions – freeze and use for three months. Thank you thank you!!
