Would this be ok to freeze?
YES! Sorry, not sure why I didn’t write that. 4 days in fridge or 3 months in freezer:)

Hi Michele, I love your creative and novel recipes, so inspiring! Making my baby’s food is now my new obsession 🙂 Quick question, what spices can I add with this recipe? Would apples be a good substitute if I don’t have pears?
Thank you so much! Glad you are as obsessed as I am:)
You could use apples instead of pears in this recipe and you could add in a little nutmeg, cloves, thyme or sage into this recipe for a little fun spice. Let me know which you use and how it tastes.

Hello. Do you recommend give fruit in the dinner time purees?
Sure. For dinner I would usually first load my babes up on veggie, meat and/or a grain puree. If they ate all of that, then I would serve a fruit puree for dessert. But if your little one is picky and only likes fruit purees, then I would totally serve that first and start adding in veggie purees as you go along.
Hope that helps.

I tried this puree for the first time with my 14months old. He liked it a lot. But is it really late to feed him at this age or should it be for infants and not for the toddlers?
Thank you.
Hi! I only have green bell pepper on hand and I know it’s not as nutritional but could I use that ?!
I haven’t tried using a green pepper before, but it should work the same as using a red pepper but the puree won’t be as sweet. If you try it out, please let us know how it goes.
She ate it, but wasn’t thrilled about itÂ
