Oatmeal with Beets + Carrots for Baby & Toddler

March 24, 2015

A bowl of homemade veggie oatmeal with beets and carrots.

Take the morning oatmeal game up a notch with this healthy, veggie packed Oatmeal with Beets + Carrots + Raisins! Yummy healthy oatmeal gets mixed with beets and carrots, spices, and raisins for a veggie packed breakfast your toddler won't be able to resist. Or blend it all up for a homemade baby food recipe. The Winter in January, February, March and even into April. That makes me nervous. Long hours, short days. Welcome cold toes in the early morning. Welcome sweaty babies in way too many layers. Welcome stuffy noses and sneezes. Welcome colds, flus and random bugs. Welcome no sun in the morning and no sun in the evening. Welcome being shut indoors with nothing to do. But really, the best part ...
