Raspberry Yogurt Popsicles for Baby (and toddlers, too!)
If summer had an official baby popsicle – these would be it. These Raspberry Yogurt Popsicles are cool, creamy, and packed with bright raspberry flavor thanks to one simple trick that makes all the difference. Great for babies, toddlers, teething gums, and hot afternoons.

I’ve been making these raspberry yogurt popsicles for my kids for years, and they never disappoint. They’re creamy, refreshing, and packed with real raspberry flavor.
The secret? We don’t just blend raspberries and call it a day.
Trust me, I’ve tried it. The result is a popsicle that’s… fine. But on a hot summer day, “fine” isn’t what we’re after.
The key to making these popsicles truly lick-worthy is simmering the raspberries first. Yes, it takes an extra 10 minutes and dirties one more dish. But that short simmer concentrates the berries’ natural sweetness and transforms them into a raspberry flavor bomb.
Here’s how we do it: toss the raspberries into a small saucepan with a little water and lemon juice and let them simmer for a few minutes. Then blend the mixture until smooth and pass it through a fine-mesh sieve to remove the seeds. Mix the raspberry puree with creamy yogurt, spoon it into popsicle molds, and pop them into the freezer.
And then comes the hardest part of the entire recipe: waiting.
Once frozen, hand one to your little one, grab one for yourself, and enjoy a sweet, refreshing treat together. Because summer days are always better with a popsicle in hand.
#mymomhack – I usually leave these popsicles unsweetened for babies, but for toddlers, older kids, and adults, a small drizzle of honey or maple syrup can take them from “yum” to “can I have another one?”

Ingredients
- 2 cups raspberries, fresh or frozen
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup plain yogurt, whole milk, Greek yogurt, or plant-based
Instructions
- Place the raspberries, water, and lemon juice into a small saucepan and heat over medium-low heat for 10 minutes or until soft and broken down.
- Let cool slightly, and then transfer the raspberries to a blender or food processor and puree for 1-2 minutes until smooth.
- Pour the raspberry puree through a fine-mesh colander into a medium bowl to remove any seeds.
- Gently stir the yogurt into the raspberry puree. You don't want it mixed all together, you can leave it so the ingredients are just swirled together.

- Take the popsicle out of the mold and hand it to your baby.
