Ingredients

  • Bananas: use ripe bananas (heavy on the brown spots) as they have more natural sweetness for baby and they will not cause constipation. They are a great source of fiber, potassium and vitamin C.
  • Peaches: can use fresh or frozen (thaw frozen before using). Peaches are full of vitamins and minerals and can help digestion.
  • Cinnamon: I like to add a little cinnamon for some sweetness and flavor. Plus, cinnamon is great at activate brain functions.

Notes

Age: 6 months and up (stage 2)
Yield: roughly 20 ounces
Note on Peaches: I peeled my peaches because the skin was looking a little soggy. You can definetly leave the peel on if you have a high-speed blender, just blend the puree for a few more seconds to make sure the peel is completely blended.
Storage: Fridge – store in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days. Freezer – can be frozen for up to 4 months (this and this are my favorite freezer storage containers).
