Ingredients
- Bananas: use ripe bananas (heavy on the brown spots) as they have more natural sweetness for baby and they will not cause constipation. They are a great source of fiber, potassium and vitamin C.
- Peaches: can use fresh or frozen (thaw frozen before using). Peaches are full of vitamins and minerals and can help digestion.
- Cinnamon: I like to add a little cinnamon for some sweetness and flavor. Plus, cinnamon is great at activate brain functions.
Instructions
- Place all of the ingredients into a blender or food processor and puree on low-medium speed for 30-45 seconds or until completely smooth.
- Serve or freeze for later.
How to store
You can keep the puree covered in the fridge for up to 2 days, after that time the banana will start to brown.
