A warm, spice filled puree for baby that tastes just like the real thing – fresh banana bread!

Ingredients 

  • 1 jar Beech-Nut banana puree (see notes for alternatives)
  • 3 tbsp pre-made Beech-Nut Oatmeal Baby Cereal with water (see notes for alternatives)
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • pinch nutmeg

Instructions 

  • In a small bowl, mix together the puree, cereal, cinnamon and nutmeg until well combined.
  • Serve warm or cold to baby. Enjoy!

Notes

This recipe is very forgiving, so feel free to mix as much or as little as your baby is going to eat in one serving.
Notes on Banana Puree: you can use this recipe or simply smash half a ripe banana with the back of a fork instead of the jar of puree. 
Notes on Baby Cereal: you can also use this or this homemade baby cereal instead. 
Age: 6+ months
Yield: 1-2 serving
Storage: Fridge – store in an airtight container in the fridge for 1-2 days.
