5-Minute Banana, Blueberry & Avocado Baby Food Puree
Meet your new mealtime hero: a 5-Minute Banana, Blueberry & Avocado Baby Food Puree that’s creamy, naturally sweet, and packed with goodness. Easy enough for even the most sleep-deprived parents! Perfect for babies 6 months and up.

This beautiful purple puree is made with banana, avocado, and blueberries – and it comes together in just 5 minutes. Now that’s what I call a triple threat!
There’s only one step to making this easy-peasy puree: toss everything into a blender and blend until smooth.
Seriously, it’s that easy.
No cooking. No steaming. No roasting. Just blend and done.
To fully break down the blueberry skins and get that silky-smooth texture, plan to scrape down the sides of the blender every 20 seconds and blend for about 90 seconds to 2 minutes. It may take a little attention, but trust me — those two minutes are well worth it. This purée was made for sleep-deprived parents everywhere.
The only downside? It’s so good that you’ll be making it on repeat 🙂

Gave this to my almost 6 month old for breakfast and she was in heaven! LOVED it. Now I’m hoping she’ll still be happy with broccoli and other veggies since tasting something so sweet! lol

Thanks a milion
Just wanted to say “thank you” for this recipe! My baby usually gags on banana and avocado alone, but this recipe he ate like yogurt and oatmeal–his two favorite meals! Thank you so much for helping me to expand his palette!
Love that he found a new favorite puree!
Why did you guys add lemon juice for? Just curious? I want to make this for my son but he suffers from severe acid reflux.
The lemon juice helps the banana and avocado stay fresher and not brown, but you can totally skip it if you want.
Is it still ok for bub to eat if the top goes a bit brown?
Yes, that’s just discoloration from the air on the banana and avocado.
