Which do you like best and when did you start giving pouches? I have a 6 mo so I know I have awhile but I’m so darn excited about making him food!!
Hello Jennifer!!
I know what it feels like to be so excited to make your baby’s food!!! You can join my crazy mama club for sure 🙂
I would recommend holding off on the pouches until they can hold the pouch and feed themselves, probably around 10 months or so, depending on your little one. Having them be able to eat off a spoon and use their pincher grip is priority over being able to eat from the pouches. But once they have those things down, the pouches are SO helpful to have when you are on the go. My toddler still loves to get a pouch for a snack!
It’s also a good idea to start off with a thicker puree so they don’t squeeze it everywhere!
I love the squooshi and little green pouches (not featured) but my friend swears by the sili squeeze. I have also heard the infantino system is great because they do not leak but you have to buy the pump that goes with it.
Hope that helps!

Michele
