- 1/2 cup spinach, chopped
- 1/2 small avocado, pitted
- 1/2 cup Beech-Nut sensitive oatmeal cereal or homemade cereal
- 1/2 cup warm water, breastmilk or formula
Place the spinach, avocado, cereal and liquid into a blender or food processor. Puree for 30-60 seconds or until completely smooth. If breakfast cereal is too thick, add in more liquid 1 tablespoon at a time until you reach your desired consistency.
Serve and enjoy!
Age: 6 months and up

Storage: Fridge – store in an airtight container in the fridge for 2 days. Freezer – can be frozen for up to 2 months (this and this are my favorite freezer storage containers).
