This fun and flavorful Banana Coconut Rice Breakfast Cereal for Baby is made with banana, coconut milk, complete rice cereal and a pinch of cinnamon. For an extra special treat, serve this cereal gently warmed for an out-of-this world banana pie taste sensation. Great for Stage Two Baby Food.
Place the banana, coconut milk, cereal and cinnamon into a blender or food processor. Puree for 30-60 seconds or until completely smooth. If breakfast cereal is too thick, add in more coconut milk 1 tablespoon at a time until you reach your desired consistency. If baby prefers their cereal warm, add cereal to a small saucepan and gently warm or add the cereal to a microwave saft bowl and microwave in 20 second increments until warm.
You can also smash this recipe with the back of a fork for a chunky breakfast cereal. Simply place all the ingredients into a medium bowl and smash with a fork until everything is combined. Serve or store right away for best results.
