These Baked Chicken Tenders are a baked alternative to the fried version - perfect for your baby and toddler! Served with a side of roasted sweet potatoes and blueberries for a delicious family-friendly meal. Perfect for baby-led weaning or as finger foods - 9+ months and up.
1small sweet potatopeeled and finely cubed or cut into strips
2teaspoonsolive oil
1/2teaspoongarlic powder
1/2teaspoondried oregano

Instructions
Preheat oven to 450 degree F. Spray or line a baking sheet.
In a medium bowl, toss the cubes of sweet potatoes in the olive oil, garlic powder and oregano.
Place the sweet potatoes on one side of the baking sheet.
In the same medium bowl, toss the chicken in the olive oil, paprika, garlic powder and onion powder.
Place the chicken on the other side of the baking sheet.
Bake for 18-20 minutes or until chicken is cooked all the way through. Take out the chicken and let it rest on a cutting board.
Flip the sweet potatoes and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes or until tender when pricked with a fork. Let cool slightly. Cut or shred chicken into small pieces and cut sweet potatoes into smaller pieces if needed.
