ThisAvocado Green Smoothie is a tasty first green smoothie for your baby and toddler! Loaded with avocado, yogurt, and spinach, this smoothie can be served as a healthy breakfast, lunch or snack for baby or toddler! Great for 9 months and up!
1/4cupwhole milk plain yogurt,use plant based yogurt for dairy free
3-4
ice cubes
2/3cupliquid,(regular, almond, coconut, water, breast milk, prepared formula, etc)
pinchof chia seeds(optional)

Instructions
Add all ingredients to blender.
Blend on high for 1-2 minutes, scraping down sides if needed, until smoothie is completely smooth and creamy. The smoothie should be on the thinner side so it's easier for baby to drink from a straw.
Pour smoothie into a sippy cup or a cup with straw and serve.

Age: 9 months and upMakes: 2, 4-5 oz servingsStorage: Can save in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. Ingredients will separate, so shake before serving. Ripe Banana: using a really ripe banana will help sweeten this smoothie enough so you don't have to add in any added sweetener.
