- 2 cups almonds raw or roasted
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 2 tsp vanilla bean extract
Prevent your screen from going dark
Place the almonds into a food processor or blender.
Pulse for the first 10 seconds and then leave running on normal speed for 5-7 minutes or until the almonds are starting to look like almond butter.
Add the remaining ingredients into the food processor and puree for an additional 5-7 minutes.
The almond butter should be smoothy and shiny.
Yields- 2 cups
Storage - 1 month in cupboard or fridge
