regular or any plant-based milk

medium
ripe bananas,
fresh or thawed from frozen

tbsp
maple syrup,
honey, agave nectar or pitted dates
1/4
tsp
vanilla

Instructions
Add the milk, banana, sweetener and vanilla to a blender.
On medium speed, blend for 45-60 seconds or until the banana milk is smooth and creamy.
Serve and enjoy!
