5 stars (2 ratings)
Sometimes, a bowl of no-fuss Butter Noodles is just the meal you need during a busy or stressful week. My version of Butter Noodles starts with the classic egg noodles and butter before I add in a few peas and a good sprinkle of parmesan for a bit of a modern twist. To keep this 4-Ingredient dish kid-friendly, there is no garlic or lemon. Made in less than 15 minutes!
1/4cupParmesan, finely grated, plus more for serving

Instructions
Bring a large pot of water to boil. Add in the pasta. When there are 2 minutes left in the cooking time, add in the frozen peas. Drain pasta and set aside.
In the same pot, add the butter, and over low heat, let it melt. Add the pasta and peas back in. Turn off heat.
Add in the parmesan. Stir until all the noodles are coated with butter and parmesan.
Serve and enjoy.
Notes
Age: 9+ monthsHow to StoreStore leftover butter noodles in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days. To reheat, place in a microwave safe bowl and sprinkle with a little water, which helps to add moisture so the pasta isn't too dry. Heat for 30 seconds at a time, stirring until warmed.
