This Blueberry Pie Smoothie tastes just like your favorite summer dessert but is full of nutritious ingredients, is made in less than 5 minutes, and is a great breakfast for the entire family!
In a blender, add all of the ingredients and blend for 1-2 minutes, adding more milk if the smooth is too thick.
Pour into 2 glasses and serve.

Age: 9 months and upNote on Blueberries: I use frozen wild blueberries (they are much smaller then regular blueberries) in this post and absolutely love them, but regular blueberries will also work. I found my wild blueberries at Trader Joes.Extra Add-Ins: add 1-2 tsp of chia or flax seeds for a nutritional boost.COOKING WITH KIDSYou can easily have your kids help you make this smoothie.
TODDLERS
Toddlers can help measure and pour the ingredients into the blender.
They can help put the lid on the blender and push start. Note: make sure to talk about not touching the blender blade while making something in the blender, as it can be sharp.
Have them pour their smoothie into their own cup.
KIDS
You can pretty much let older kids make this recipe by themselves.
