Base Yogurt Drink 1  cup  plain whole milk Greek yogurt,  1  cup  fruit,  fresh or frozen 2  tbsp  veggie  (optional) 1/2-1  tsp  nutrional booster  (optional) 1-2  tbsp   maple syrup or honey (over 1 year of age),   (optional) Fruit Options - pick one 1  cup  strawberries 1  cup  blueberries 1  cup  mango 1  cup  pineapple 1  cup  mixed berries 1  banana Veggie Options - pick one (optional) 2  tbsp  frozen riced cauliflower 2  tbsp  frozen riced sweet potato 2  tbsp  baby spinach (small handful) 2  tbsp  baby kale (small handful) 2  tbsp  grated carrots or carrot puree 2  tbsp  frozen riced sweet potato or sweet potato puree Nutritional Add-Ins - pick one (optional) 1/2-1  tsp  chia seeds 1/2-1  tsp  hemp seeds 1/2-1  tsp  ground flax seeds 1  tsp  peanut or nut butter  
Cook Mode Prevent your screen from going dark 
    Add yogurt to a blender. 
 Add fruit, veggie (if using), nutritional booster (if using) and sweetener (if using) to the blender.  
 Blend for 1-2 minutes or until the fruit is smooth. If the yogurt is too thick, you can add in 1-2 tbsp of milk until you have your desired thickness.  
Pour into a kid-friendly cup and serve.
