Age - 6+ monthsYield - 12 toddler size or 24 baby size wafflesStorage - 5 days in fridge or 4 months in freezerOats - quick oats are ideal in this recipe, so the grain isn't too big for the baby to chew. If you want to use old-fashioned oats, give them a quick blitz in a food processor so they are half the original size.Sweet Potato Puree - You can use homemade or store-bought sweet potato puree in this recipe. You can also use any puree you have on hand - apple, carrot, pumpkin, squash, peach, etc. Or sub in homemade or store-bought applesauce.
