On a cutting board or small bowl, add the bananas, maple syrup (if using), cinnamon, and lemon juice (if using).
With the back of a fork, mash until you get your desired consistency. For a smoother puree, you can add the bananas to a blender and puree for 60 secones.
Swirl in the banana puree into the yogurt, serve and enjoy!

Age: 6+ months (minus the maple syrup until 1+ years)Storage: this banana yogurt can be stored in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. You can freeze the apple puree for up to 4 months. Then you can defrost and add it to yogurt whenever you wish to serve this recipe.
