Chard and Goji berries are superfoods but can have sharp flavors for little mouths - but when paired with sweet pears, they turn into a magically delicious baby food combination!
2pears,core pear, peeling is optional, roughly chop
1leafchard, stem removed, roughly chopped
1tspgoji berries
1/2cupwater

Instructions
Bring 2 inches of water to a boil in a medium saucepan. Add the pears and then the chard into a steamer basket, in that order. Place the steamer basket over the boiling water, cover, and cook for 7-10 minutes or unitl pears are tender and chard is wilted. Let cool slightly. Reserve steamer water.
Meanwhile, add the goji berries to a small bowl and cover with hot water. Let soak for 10 minutes. Drain.
Transfer the pears, chard and goji berries to a blender or food processor and puree for 1-2 minutes or until completely smooth, adding reserved water in 1/4 increments if needed.
