Three easy quick and healthy trail mix recipes that you and your kids will love. Easy to make and ready to enjoy in minutes.


Sunshine Gorp

  • 1 cup salted peanuts
  • 1/2 cup roasted almonds
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup chocolate covered candy

Tropical Twist Trail Mix

  • 1 cup roasted and unsalted cashews
  • 1 cup yogurt covered raisins
  • 1/2 cup pistachios
  • 1/2 cup dried pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup dried papaya
  • 1/2 cup whole slice coconut

PB & J Trail Mix

  • 1 1/2 cup granola clusters
  • 1 cup dried cherries
  • 1/2 cup dried blueberries
  • 1/2 cup dry roasted peanuts
  • 1/2 cup roasted and salted peanuts
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips


  • In a medium bowl, add all ingredients and stir until well incorporated. Place in air-tight container and serve.


Note on Nuts - you can use salted, unsalted, roasted or unroasted nuts depending on your taste preference and what you have available at your grocery store. Above is what we like best.
If you have a little one that can't eat whole nuts yet, just chop them into smaller pieces for them and then mix together.
Yield- 3 1/2 cups or 14 servings
Storage- 2 months in air-tight container
