Three juices that are colorful, healthy and fully loaded with nutrients to help boost your kiddos immunity. Bonus points - all three juices taste incredible and will be a hit with the little ones!!

Ingredients 

Orangetastic Ginger Juice

  • 3 oranges peeled and quartered
  • 5 medium carrots
  • 2 apples quartered
  • 1 " piece of ginger peeled
  • 1/2 " piece of turmeric peeled (optional)

Green Gorilla Juice

  • 1 broccoli stem not the florets
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2-3 leaves of kale
  • 3 pears or apples, quartered
  • 1 lemon peeled

Tropical ABC Juice

  • 3 apples quartered
  • 1 small red beet quartered
  • 3 medium carrots
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 2 teaspoons elderberry syrup optional

Instructions 

Orangetastic Ginger Juice

  • Press all ingredients through a juicer, stir and serve.
  • You can usually find fresh turmeric in the grocery store next to the ginger. If your store doesn't carry it, you can add a pinch of powdered turmeric to this (or any) juice.

Green Gorilla Juice

  • Press all ingredients through a juicer, stir and serve

Tropical ABC Juice

  • Press the apples, beet, carrots and pineapple chunks through a juicer. Stir in elderberry syrup and serve.

Notes

Age: 8 Months and up
Yield: 25 ounces or 3 small servings
Storage: Will last 2 days in fridge. The juice will separate, so be sure to stir or shake the juice before serving.
Note on kale - if you are out of kale, or you kids won't go near it, you can use 3 heaping handfuls of spinach in this recipe instead.
