Get the recipe: Healthy Ranch Dip

This thick and creamy Healthy Ranch Dip is the perfect thing for your little one to dip their carrots, broccoli or fingers into for a fun snack or meal accompaniment.

Ingredients 

  • 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup milk*
  • 1/2 lemon juiced
  • 1/2 tsp dried dill
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/4 tsp dried garlic
  • 1/4 tsp dried onion

Instructions 

  • Place all of the ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until creamy - roughly 30 seconds.
  • Serve or store in fridge.

Notes

Yield - roughly 1 cup
Storage - store in air tight container (I used a mason jar) for up to 2 weeks
You can also use fresh spices if you have them on hand. I liked this even mixture of spices the best, but adjust them as your taste buds request.
* omit milk if you want a thicker dip. Using the milk will give you a dressing consistency.
