Struggling to get your toddler to eat their vegetables? Homemade yogurt dips for veggies to the rescue! These Three Kid-Approved Yogurt Dips for Veggies are easy, healthy, and delicious.

Ingredients 

Ranch Yogurt Hummus Dip

  • 1 15- oz can garbanzo beans drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 lemon juiced
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon dried dill
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Spinach Basil Yogurt Dip

  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup packed spinach thawed from frozen
  • 1/4 cup pesto homemade or store-bought
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 lemon juiced
  • 1 garlic clove
  • salt and pepper to taste

Thai Peanut Yogurt Dip

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter can also use sunbutter for a nut free option
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/2 lemon juiced
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon red curry paste optional

Instructions 

Ranch Yogurt Hummus Dip

  • In a blender or food processor, add in all of the ingredients and process on high for 1-2 minutes or until completely smooth.
  • Spoon into small dipping bowl and serve with your child's favorite veggies. I also like to swirl a little olive oil on top before serving for some extra healthy fats, but this is completely optional.

Spinach Basil Yogurt Dip

  • In blender or food processor, add in all of the ingredients and pulse until all ingredients are incorporated and spinach is broken down.
  • If you little one isn't the biggest spinach fan, process for 1-2 minutes on high until completely smooth.

Thai Peanut Yogurt Dip

  • In a blender, food processor or medium bowl, add all ingredients and stir or process until smooth.

Notes

* Note on yogurt - you can use standard yogurt or Greek yogurt in this recipe, but please note when using standard yogurt the dip will be a little runny at first. Place dip in fridge for 30 minutes to allow it to firm up before serving. Also, I like to use full-fat yogurt to put more flavor in the dips and to also provide a source of healthy fat into my toddler's diet.
Storage: 1 week in air-tight container in fridge
