This homemade Vanilla Almond Butter is addictive and will be an instant hit in your kitchen! It's sugar free and loaded with healthy fats.

Ingredients 

  • 2 cups almonds raw or roasted
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 2 tsp vanilla bean extract

Instructions 

  • Place the almonds into a food processor or blender.
  • Pulse for the first 10 seconds and then leave running on normal speed for 5-7 minutes or until the almonds are starting to look like almond butter.
  • Add the remaining ingredients into the food processor and puree for an additional 5-7 minutes.
  • The almond butter should be smoothy and shiny.

Yields- 2 cups
Storage - 1 month in cupboard or fridge
