Your little ones are going to love this avocado dirt pudding and it's such a fun dessert to make for Halloween and birthday parties.

Ingredients 

  • 2 medium avocados, peeled and deseeded
  • 1 medium ripe banana
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup milk (separated) - regular, almond, hemp, cashew, etc
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
  • 1/3 cup gummy worms

Instructions 

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, add in the chocolate chips and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals until melted, stirring between each time.
  • In a blender or food processor, add in the avocado, banana, cocoa powder, melted chocolate, maple syrup, vanilla extract and 1/4 cup of milk. Blend for 1-2 minutes, scraping down sides as needed. Add in the additional 1/4 cup milk if your pudding is too thick.
  • Spoon the pudding into small jars or cups. Place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to chill.
  • Take the pudding out of the fridge.
  • Add the gummy worms and crushed cookies (dirt) to the top of the pudding.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes

Age: pudding is 1+ years, added toppings are at your discretion
Storage: you can store the pudding in the fridge for up to 5 days
