- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon pink salt optional
- Dippers – strawberries pineapple chunks, kiwi, apples, pears, mango, marshmallows, graham crackers, pretzels, etc
Stovetop Method
In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil together, stirring the entire time. I have never had a problem with the enjoy life brand of chocolate chips clumping or getting weird by not using the double boiler method, but if you are more comfortable doing it that way, then please do so.
Add in the cinnamon and salt and stir together.
Pour fondue into small bowls and serve with dippers of your choice.
Microwave Method
In a medium microwave-safe bowl, add in all of the ingredients and heat in 30 seconds increments until melted, stirring between times.
