Cilantro Rice
- 2 cups cooked rice, brown or white
- 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
- 1/2 lime, juice
- handful cilantro, finely chopped
Other Add-Ins
- 2 cups black beans, well rinsed
- 1 cup corn, frozen, canned or fresh
- 1 red pepper, finely chopped
- 1 avocado, cut into small sections
- 1 cup salsa, optional
In a medium bowl, add warm cooked rice, olive oil, cilantro and lime juice and stir to combine.
Gently heat beans and corn.
Let everyone spoon their favorite items it a bowl.
Age: 9+ months - great for baby-led weaning (smash beans and corns for easy pick up)

- cooked ground turkey, chicken beef or tofu and flavor with some spices – chili, onion, garlic and cumin.
- tortillas - corn or flour
- cheese quesadillas
- tortilla chips
- shreddedlettuce

- green peppers
- sauted zucchini, onion or tomatoes
Storage: store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
