Tropical Green Smoothie
- FOR FREEZER PACK
- 1 cup fresh spinach, roughly chopped
- 1 cup pineapple chunks, fresh or frozen
- 1/2 banana, roughly chopped
- 1 tbsp shredded coconut
- 1/2 tsp chia seeds (optional)
- FOR SMOOTHIE
- 1 cup milk of choice (regular, almond, hemp, oat, etc)
- 1-2 tbsp honey (omit for babies under 1 year of age)
Peanut Butter Spinach Smoothie
- FOR FREEZER PACK
- 1 cup fresh spinach, roughly chopped
- 1 banana, roughly chopped
- 1 tbsp peanut butter (can use almond or seed butter)
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp flax seeds (optional)
- FOR SMOOTHIE
- 1 cup milk of choice (regular, almond, hemp, oat, etc)
- 1-2 tbsp honey (omit for babies under 1 year of age)
Peachy Kale Smoothie
- FOR FREEZER PACK
- 1 cup kale, roughly chopped
- 1 cup frozen peach slices
- 1/2 banana, roughly chopped
- 1 tsp hemp heart seeds (optional)
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
- FOR SMOOTHIE
- 1 cup milk (regular, almond, hemp, oat, etc)
- 1-2 tbsp honey (omit for babies under 1 year of age)
On-The-Spot Smoothie Instructions: If you want the smoothie right now, add of the ingredients as well as 1/2 cup of ice cubes into a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately for best results.
Yield: 1 large adult or 2 small toddler size smoothies
Note on Milk: You can use regular, almond, soy, oat, ect. I used almond milk to make these smoothies.
