- 1 cup blueberries, frozen
- 1/2 cup spinach, packed
- 1/2 cup full-fat yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk of choice (2%, Almond, Coconut, ect)
- 1/2 apple cored and sliced
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp flax seeds
- 1-2 tbsp honey or maple syrup optional
- 1/2 cup Ice
Place all ingredients into a blender in the order listed and blend starting on low and continuing on to high for 2-3 minutes or until smooth. Toddlers usually have an easier time drinking a smoothie if it is on the thinner side, so you may need to add in the additional liquid until you reach your desired consistency.
Age: 9 months and up. Omit the sweetner for baby under 1 year of age.
Yield: 2 toddler servings.
