- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/4 mango, peeled and cubed
- 1/4 avocado, peeled and roughly chopped
For a Stage 2 Baby Food Puree - place all of the ingredients into a medium bowl and using an immersion hand blender, blend until smooth, adding water in tbsp increments if needed.
For Stage 3 Baby Food Puree - place all ingredients onto a cutting board, and using the back of a fork, smash until all the fruit is incorporated.
Age: 6+ months
Yield: 6 ounces
Spice it Up: for a fun spice add-in, try adding a pinch of mild green chili powder to this puree while smashing or blending.
Storage: to help prevent browning, I would suggest either serving or freezing right away. Freezer – can be frozen for up to 2 months (this and thisare my favorite freezer storage containers).
