5 stars (3 ratings)
Filled with peaches, mango, carrots and mint for a taste sensation.

Ingredients

  • 2 peaches or roughly 2 cups, pitted and roughly chopped (frozen works)
  • 1-2 mangos or roughly 2-3 cups, peeled, pitted and roughly chopped (frozen works)
  • 4 large carrots, peeled and roughly chopped
  • 4-6 leaves mint, roughly chopped
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  • Place the carrots and liquid into a medium saucepan, cover, and heat over medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Add in the peaches and mangos, cover and cook for 3 additional minutes or until carrots can easily be pricked with a fork. Let cool slighly.
  • Transfer all of the ingredients into a blender or food processor. Add in the mint and puree for 1-2 minutes or until you have reached your desired consistency, adding more liquid if needed in 1/4 cup increments.

Notes

Age: 6+ months
Yield: makes 15 ounces.
Note on Peaches and Mangos: feel free to use fresh or frozen in this recipe. Either will work great.
Storage: Fridge – store in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days. Freezer – can be frozen for up to 4 months (this and thisare my favorite freezer storage containers).
