5 stars (1 rating)
This puree is made with peaches, nectarines and plums and finished off with a pinch of fresh thyme - the taste of summer made easy for baby to eat!

Ingredients

  • 2 peaches, cut in half and pitted
  • 2 nectarines, cut in half and pitted
  • 2-3 plums, cut in half and pitted
  • 2-3 apricots, cut in half and pitted
  • 1/4 tsp fresh thyme, roughly chopped

Instructions

  • Heat oven to 350F degree F.
  • Place all fruit cut side down into a baking dish. Fruit can slightly overlap with each other.
  • Pour water 1/2" deep into baking dish. Place baking dish into oven and bake for 30-40 minutes or until a fork can easily prick the fruit. Let cook for 15 minutes or until you can hangle the fruit.
  • Peel off all of the skin on the fruit. Place the chunks of fruit into a blender or food processor. If some of the skin makes it into the blender, this will be easily pureed when you blend it up.
  • Add in thyme and puree for 1-2 minutes or until you have reached your desired consistency, add water in tablespoon increments if needed.
