Ingredients

Instructions

  • Divide yogurt into two small bowls.
  • Place the strawberries onto a cuttig board and using a fork, smash the strawberries until mostly smooth with a few chunks. Add strawberries into one of the bowls.
  • Pour half of the honey into one bowl of yogurt, stir until combined. Pour the other half of honey into the other bowl of yogurt, stir until combined.
  • Spoon one tablespoon of the strawberry yogurt into each popsicle mold.
  • Then sprinkle 1 tablespoon of the granola into each popsicle mold.
  • Then finish up by spooning one tablespoon of the plain yogurt on top of the granola.
  • Gently place the popsicle stick into the mold.
  • Place the popsicle mold in the freezer for at least 4 hours or until frozen.

Notes

Granola: you can use any homemade or store bought granola that you prefer. Small clusters of granola work better for these small molds, but you can easily break up any pieces by crushing them by hand.
Yogurt: you can substitute vanilla greek yogurt in this recipe for the plain greek yogurt and honey if you prefer. You would still use 1 cup of the vanilla greek yogurt.
Make Dairy-Free: you can use any dairy-free yogurt in this recipe as well. You would still use 1 cup of any yogurt you prefer. If it is plain, you will still need the honey. If it's vanilla or another flavor, skip the added honey.
Make Nut-Free: make these nut-free by using a nut-free granola.
Make it Gluten-Free: just use gluten-free granola in this recipe and you will be good-to-go.
Yield: 9 small 0.6 ounce popsicles. If you are using bigger molds, you may have to double or triple this recipe.
Mini Popsicle Mold: this is the mini popsicle mold that I love for toddlers - it's the perfect size!
Age: 1 year of age and older. To make for kids younger than one, omit the honey and add in a small drizzle of maple syrup instead.
