These Healthy Funfetti Popsicles for Kids + Toddlers are a perfect frozen treat on a hot summer day.

Ingredients 

  • 2 cups plain greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup dye-free sprinkles divided

Instructions 

  • In a medium bowl, mix together the yogurt, honey, milk and vanilla extact until completely smooth.
  • Add in 1/4 cup of sprinkles and mix until combined.
  • Spoon the mixture into your yogurt molds.
  • Add the extra sprikles on top of the yogurt. Slid in popsicle stick.
  • Freeze for at least 4 hours or until frozen.

Notes

Popsicle Amount: this recipe makes 6 - 3.1 ounce popsicles, depending on the size of your molds, you may need to make more or less of this recipe. 
Dye-Free Sprinkles: I used a combo of these and these dye-free sprinkles, though any Jimmys will work in this recipe, we just prefer to use dye-free products.
Yogurt: you can also use vanilla greek yogurt in this recipe instead of the plain greek yogurt and the honey. You would still use 2 cups of it.
