- 1 cup cooked chicken shredded or cubed
- 3 tbsp avocado smashed
- 1 tbsp vegan mayo
- 1 tsp lemon or lime juice
- salt and pepper to taste
In a small bowl, add in all of the ingredients and mix until everything is well incorporated.
Serve with crackers, as a sandwich, in a rollup or on top of a salad.
