- 1 slice cantaloupe peeled
- 1/4 avocado peeled
- 1/8 pear peeled
Take desired amount of food and place in a bowl or on a cutting board.
Take a fork and smash the food until soft and there are no lumps. The pear and melon will be slighly more chunky then the avocado.
If the melon or pear are not extremely ripe, then place desired amount in a small bowl and microwave for 30-60 seconds. This will make it easier to smash them together.
Age: 4 months and up
Yield: depends on how much you smash
Storage: best served the day of smashing
