Need a fun and refreshing twist on regular milk? This homemade banana milk is quick to make and a great source of protein, calcium and potassium. Great for toddlers, kids, and adults alike!

Ingredients 

  • 2 cups milk, regular or any plant-based milk
  • 2 medium ripe bananas, fresh or thawed from frozen
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup, honey, agave nectar or pitted dates
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla

Instructions 

  • Add the milk, banana, sweetener and vanilla to a blender.

  • On medium speed, blend for 45-60 seconds or until the banana milk is smooth and creamy.

Notes

Age: 1+ year 
Add-Ins: fell free to add in a pinch of cinnamon, a teaspoon of peanut butter, a handful of strawberries or a pinch fo cocoa powder.
