Homemade Yogurt Drinks will be your kid's favorite new way to enjoy yogurt. These easy yogurt drinks are healthy and perfect to have with breakfast, lunch, or snack For babies 9+ months, toddlers, and kids.

Ingredients 

Base Yogurt Drink

  • 1 cup plain whole milk Greek yogurt,
  • 1 cup fruit, fresh or frozen
  • 2 tbsp veggie (optional)
  • 1/2-1 tsp nutrional booster (optional)
  • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup or honey (over 1 year of age), (optional)

Fruit Options - pick one

  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup mango
  • 1 cup pineapple
  • 1 cup mixed berries
  • 1 banana

Veggie Options - pick one (optional)

  • 2 tbsp frozen riced cauliflower
  • 2 tbsp frozen riced sweet potato
  • 2 tbsp baby spinach (small handful)
  • 2 tbsp baby kale (small handful)
  • 2 tbsp grated carrots or carrot puree
  • 2 tbsp frozen riced sweet potato or sweet potato puree

Nutritional Add-Ins - pick one (optional)

Instructions 

  • Add yogurt to a blender.
    A clear blender with yogurt inside.
  • Add fruit, veggie (if using), nutritional booster (if using) and sweetener (if using) to the blender.
    Clear blender filled with yogurt and fruit.
  • Blend for 1-2 minutes or until the fruit is smooth. If the yogurt is too thick, you can add in 1-2 tbsp of milk until you have your desired thickness.
  • Pour into a kid-friendly cup and serve.

Notes

Age: 9+ months
Note on Fruit: you can use fresh or frozen fruit in these recipes. 
Fun Combinations:
  • Strawberry & Cauliflower - can use frozen riced cauliflower
  • Blueberry & Spinach - use a small handful of baby spinach
  • Mango & Carrot - can use shredded carrots or a carrot puree
  • Pineapple & Spinach - use baby spinach
  • Mixed Berry & Cauliflower - can use frozen riced cauliflower
  • Peach & Sweet Potato - use frozen riced sweet potato or sweet potato puree
