Base Yogurt Drink
- 1 cup plain whole milk Greek yogurt,
- 1 cup fruit, fresh or frozen
- 2 tbsp veggie (optional)
- 1/2-1 tsp nutrional booster (optional)
- 1-2 tbsp maple syrup or honey (over 1 year of age), (optional)
Fruit Options - pick one
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup mango
- 1 cup pineapple
- 1 cup mixed berries
- 1 banana
Veggie Options - pick one (optional)
- 2 tbsp frozen riced cauliflower
- 2 tbsp frozen riced sweet potato
- 2 tbsp baby spinach (small handful)
- 2 tbsp baby kale (small handful)
- 2 tbsp grated carrots or carrot puree
- 2 tbsp frozen riced sweet potato or sweet potato puree
Nutritional Add-Ins - pick one (optional)
Add yogurt to a blender.
Add fruit, veggie (if using), nutritional booster (if using) and sweetener (if using) to the blender.
Blend for 1-2 minutes or until the fruit is smooth. If the yogurt is too thick, you can add in 1-2 tbsp of milk until you have your desired thickness.
Pour into a kid-friendly cup and serve.
Age: 9+ months
Note on Fruit: you can use fresh or frozen fruit in these recipes.

- Blueberry & Spinach - use a small handful of baby spinach
- Mango & Carrot - can use shredded carrots or a carrot puree

- Peach & Sweet Potato - use frozen riced sweet potato or sweet potato puree
