5 stars (3 ratings)
A delicious and refreshing slushy that kids and adults love!

Ingredients

  • 6 limes juiced
  • 1/2 cup honey or sugar
  • 1/4 cup packed fresh mint leaves
  • 5-6 cups of ice
  • 2 cups (16.9l bottle) sparkling water

Instructions

  • In a blender, add in all of the ingredients and blend for 30-45 seconds or until the mint is broken down and the ice is broken into small slushy size pieces. I find that I have to either add in a couple more pieces of ice or a little more water to get the right consistency.
  • Pour into glasses and serve right away.
  • If your leftovers get too watery, add in some more ice and blend again before serving.

Notes

To make these boozy, add in 1/2 shot of gin or vodka into your portion of slushy and stir until combined. If you are not serving this to the kiddos, you an can add in 3 shots of alcohol to the entire recipe. Enjoy!
