5 stars (17 ratings)
Your kids are going to love you so much when you serve up this peanut butter chocolate yogurt bark! Super quick and easy to make, this frozen bark is perfect to serve as a summer snack, dessert, or even for a special breakfast!

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. You can use a 9x9 baking dish, 9x13 baking dish or a 13x18 baking sheet, depending on how thick you want your bark.
  • In a medium bowl, mash one banana. Add in the yogurt and honey (if using) and stir until combined.
  • Pour the yogurt mixture onto the baking sheet and spread with a knife or spatula until you have a smooth layer.
  • Swirl on the peanut butter and sprinkle on the mini chocolate chips. If your peanut butter is too thick, you can place it in a small bowl and heat in the microwave in 20-second increments. Slice the remaining banana and place it on top of the yogurt.
  • Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 5 hours. Take the baking sheet out of the fridge and break the yogurt bark into chunks with your hands.
  • Serve and enjoy.

Notes

Age: 1 year and up
Yeild: roughly 16 pieces of bark
Storage: store in an air-tight container in the freezer for up to 1 month.
Yogurt Notes: you can use Greek or regular plain yogurt for these recipes. Since Greek yogurt tends to be more tart, I would recommend you adding a little more honey to sweeten it. You can also use vanilla or honey flavored yogurt, which has more added sugar in it, so I would omit the honey from the recipe.
