Heat oven to 350 degree F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or silcion mat.
On the baking sheet, place the cut apples and bananas. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring half way through baking time. Let cool slightly.
Transfer the apples and bananas to a blender or food processor and puree for 1-2 minutes, adding in addtional water in 1/4 cup increments as needed unti you have reached your desired consistency.
