Place all fruit cut side down into a baking dish. Fruit can slightly overlap with each other.
Pour water 1/2" deep into baking dish. Place baking dish into oven and bake for 30-40 minutes or until a fork can easily prick the fruit. Let cook for 15 minutes or until you can hangle the fruit.
Peel off all of the skin on the fruit. Place the chunks of fruit into a blender or food processor. If some of the skin makes it into the blender, this will be easily pureed when you blend it up.
Add in thyme and puree for 1-2 minutes or until you have reached your desired consistency, add water in tablespoon increments if needed.
