Loaded with fiber, complex carbohydrates and anti-inflammatory support for a busy baby. Great Stage 2 or 3 baby food.

Ingredients 

Instructions 

  • Combine the pear, oats, water and cloves into a medium saucepan and heat on medium-low heat for 10-15 minutes or until pear is tender, stirring occasionally.
  • Meanwhile, place the dates in small bowl and cover with very warm water. Soak for 10 minutes.
  • Add in the cooked oats and pear as well as the dates into a blender or food processor. For a stage 2 puree - puree for 1-2 minutes or until completley smooth. For a stage 3 puree - pulse in 5 second intervals until combined yet still chunky.

Notes

Age: 6+ months - stage 2 or 3 baby food
Yield: 15 ounces
Storage: Fridge – store in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days. Freezer – can be frozen for up to 4 months (this and this are my favorite freezer storage containers).
