Peel, pit and chop mango. Core and chop pears. Devein and chop kale.
In a medium saucepan, bring roughly 2 inches of water to a boil over medium heat. Place the mango, pears and kale in a steamer basket over boiling water, cover, and cook for 8 minutes. Reserve steamer water. Let cool slightly.
Place mango, pear, kale, ginger and water into a blender or food processor and puree for 1-2 minutes or until smooth, adding additional water in 1/4 cup increments is needed.
