Place the apples, coconut milk and cloves in medium saucepan and cover. Heat over medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until apples can be cut in half with the back of a spoon. Let cool slightly.
Transfer all of the ingredients into blender and puree until smooth.
