This 5-minute Mango Baby Food Puree is a great way to introduce baby to the magical taste of one of the worlds healthiest fruits – MANGOS!
Feel free to also add in a pinch of cinnamon, cloves, mild curry powder, mint, basil or fresh ginger before blending.
You can also add in a handful of raspberries, a spoonful of full-fat plain Greek yogurt, a splash of canned coconut milk or even a 1/4 cup of chopped spinach to this recipe for more delicious meal options.
Fridge – store in an airtight container
in the fridge for 3-4 days. Freezer – can be frozen for up to 4 months (this
are my favorite freezer storage containers).
