1 - Sauté Onion and garlic

2 - Add in the zucchini, carrots, leek and peppers

3 - Add the crushed tomatoes, tomato puree, Italian herbs, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper

4 - Bring to boil, simmer, and then puree until smooth

5 - 4 Plates: baby-led weaning, toddler, picky eater and kids
