Carrot, Mango + Apricot Baby Food Puree
Celebrate Halloween and all of Fall with this bright orange baby food puree that is filled with carrots, mangos and dried apricots.
All of the orange produce provides your little pumpkin with a big dose of beta-carotene that helps promote their immune system by making it stronger as it develops and grows.
But that is not all, beta-carotene also promotes good vision, prevents certain cancers and reduces asthma triggered by exercise.
Not to mention that the very best part – this puree will be devoured by your little one. It’s sweet, earthy and rich with just a bit of sass from the mango. A special treat for your young goblin!

I just found your site last night and OMG! LOOVVVVEE!! Ive been making my daughters baby food for about a month and I can not wait to try some of these recipes!!
One question tho…a lot of the ones I want to try call for Mango…I live in Michigan and we dont get good fresh mangos here. Could I use frozen mango instead? And if so…how would that make things differ when cooking? Ive seen you steaming them and roasting them…etc. THANKS!
PS: I hope you post more recipes soon! (I signed up for the newsletter also!)
Sorry for the delay. Yes, you can always use frozen in place of fresh ingredients if you can’t find good quality fresh ingredients. If you are steaming just use frozen, roasting you can thaw first and then use.
Let me know what your favorite recipes are!
